Thursday, November 14, 2024, the Governing Board heard from staff regarding one (1) matter 
and voted as follows:

Action Item: 
 
➢ Ratification of Pole Vote – Purchase of 53 A&B King Street Frederiksted, St. Croix for the 
use of the USVIEDA’s Agro & Food Innovation Center 
 
An emergency meeting was held via Zoom on November 4, 2024 by the Enterprise Zone Commission (“EZC”) 
Governing Board to authorized the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate the purchase of 53 A&B King Street 
Frederiksted, St. Croix for the use of the VIEDA’s Agro & Food Innovation Center. 
 
The Governing Board voted (6 – 0) to:                                              
 
• Ratify the Poll Vote of Monday, November 4, 2024 authorizing the Chief Executive Officer 
to negotiate the purchase of 53 A&B King Street Frederiksted, St. Croix for the use of the 
VIEDA’s Agro & Food Innovation Center.
