Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services



The Contractor shall provide specific iMart

technology software solutions to continue to

OTIS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS, INC. operate, update, and host the State

d/b/a/ OTIS EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS Longitudinal Data System (“SLDS”),

referred to as the Virgin Islands Virtual

Information System (“VIVIS”) and to

supply technical assistance services.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision of Contract No.P015DOET19 and subject to the appropriation and

allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands

Department of Education exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract

for the period June 6, 2020 to June 5, 2021 to at the stipulated cost of Three Hundred Sixty-One Thousand,

Four Hundred Forty Dollars and Zero Cents ($361,440.00).



All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect.
