GRADUATION ON THE ST. CROIX CAMPUS

The Board approved unanimously that students of the

College of the Virgin Islands be permitted to graduate on

either the St. Thomas or St. Croix campus according to

individual choice, this policy to take effect from the May



1980 graduation exercises.
