CIB Arrest Man Suspected to be Involved in a 2021 Robbery 
St. Croix, USVI - Investigation revealed that Mr. Zahkeed Bright was a suspect in a Robbery 
that occurred on October 23, 2021. As a result, a warrant was sought for the arrest of Mr. 
Zahkeed Bright, who turned himself in at the Criminal Investigation Bureau Police 
Administrative Rainbow Building on February 23, 2023.  
Zahkeed Bright, 29-years-old, was subsequently arrested and charged with Attempted 
Murder, Assault First, Assault Third, Robbery First, Using a Dangerous Weapon during a 
Crime of Violence, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Stolen Property and 
his bail was set at $100,000.00. Mr. Bright was taken into custody, processed and remanded 
to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending an Advice of Rights Hearing.
