Notice is hereby given that there will be a Regular Meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services

Commission on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the PSC’s Conference Rooms located at

No. 1003 Estate Ross, Suite 4 (Barbel Plaza), St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and No. 2 Estate Carlton,

Suite 2, Frederiksted, Croix U.S. Virgin Islands.



The Commission will conduct the meeting via Zoom Video Conference. Commencement TBA by the

Commission with invited agenda participants. The public is invited to observe the meeting in person or

view it live on YouTube, @virginislandspublicservice 1965. Due to the logistics of videoconferencing,

there may be brief delays between agenda items to permit reorganization of the participants.
