Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the 
3 
zoning designation of Parcel No. 294 Estate Contant and Enighed, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, 
4 
Virgin Islands, consisting of 4,820 square feet, as shown on survey drawing D9-2589-T84 
5 
dated February 7, 1984 from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-
6 
Secondary/Neighborhood).
