Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, subsection 
2 
(a), a zoning use variance from the C (Commercial) zoning designation is granted for Parcel 
3 
No. 5C Estate Anna’s Retreat, No.1 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 
4 
approximately 11,255 sq. ft., as shown on PWD Drawing No. G9-787-T64, to allow for 
5 
dwellings.  All other requirements of the C (Commercial) zoning designation continue to apply 
6 
to the property.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill provides for a zoning use variance for Parcel No. 5C Estate Anna’s Retreat,

No.1 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands to allow for dwellings.  All other requirements

of the C (Commercial) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.
