André to serve as a judge of the Superior Court, Division of St. Thomas-St. John. Attorney André has practiced in the United States Virgin Islands for over 17 years, and in her capacities as Associate Attorney and Partner for Majorie Rawl Roberts, PC, her areas of practice are family law, probate, trust and estates, criminal defense, real estate, and corporate transactions. Additionally, she has demonstrated a commitment to serving the community through her engagement in numerous organizations and activities including her role as Chair of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands Family Division Court Improvement Program Multidisciplinary Taskforce.
