By action taken in the notice meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on

September 24, 2012, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 25, of the Virgin Islands Code, the

following assessment is made to the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation (hereinafter



“VITELCO”):

Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are

to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be

Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
