AMENDMENT TO BILL NO. 36-0209

Bill No. 36-0209, section 1, internal section 1018 is amended as follows: 
(a) 
In subsection (b), strike “$500 per incident.” and insert the following 
language: 
“$2,000 for the first offense and $3,000 for the second offense. Any third and 
subsequent offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $5,000 and 
imprisonment for not more than 30 days.” 
(b) 
In subsection (e), in the second sentence, strike “from civil penalties imposed 
under this section” and insert “under subsection (b)”. 
(c) 
In subsection (h), in the second sentence, strike “civil”.
