I am writing to express my strong support for Lime Out St. John/St. Thomas and to emphasize 
the importance it has brought as a small business to the local community of St. John, USVI. 
Lime Out is more than just a floating taco bar—it is a unique, sustainable, and thoughtfully 
operated business that promotes tourism, creates local jobs, and celebrates the vibrant culture 
and beauty of the Virgin Islands. In a region that depends heavily on tourism, especially eco- 
and marine-based tourism, Lime Out offers visitors a one-of-a-kind experience that reflects the 
innovative spirit of the islands while respecting the delicate natural environment. 
Over the past six years, Lime Out has been a consistent and reliable client of my business, 
Rock Citees Printing, a locally owned t-shirt and accessory print shop on St. Thomas. I have 
created countless shirts and hats for Lime Out during this time, and their steady partnership has 
been instrumental in helping my business grow and remain stable in a market where 
consistency can be difficult for small businesses. Lime Out has provided reliable orders and 
timely payments, which alleviates some of the common struggles faced by small businesses in 
the Virgin Islands. Their support has allowed me to reinvest in my shop, retain staff, and 
continue serving both residents and other local businesses with confidence. Lime Out 
demonstrates the positive ripple effect that a well-run local business can have by uplifting and 
sustaining other small businesses in the community. 
In conclusion, Lime Out exemplifies the kind of sustainable, community-centered 
entrepreneurship that we should be encouraging and supporting. I respectfully ask that any 
considerations regarding its operations be weighed with the full scope of its positive 
contributions in mind.
