NOTICES 
Reciprocal Jurisdiction Reinsurer 
Commissioner Tregenza A. Roach, Esq.  invites members of the public to respond to the 
Reciprocal Jurisdiction Reinsurer Applications submitted to the Virgin Islands Division of 
Banking Insurance and Financial Regulation (DBIFR). 
Interested and affected parties will have 30 days from the date notices are posted to submit 
written comments and responses to the Reciprocal Jurisdiction Reinsurer applications listed 
below. The Commissioner will not take final action on an application until at least 30 days after 
notice was posted. 
Written comments and responses help the DBIFR gather information and provide certain 
interested and affected parties with an opportunity to present statements to the Commissioner 
concerning the reinsurer applying for Reciprocal Jurisdiction Reinsurer status. 
All responses regarding the application should be directed to:
