Enclosed is a copy of an Environmental Assessment Report (EAR), permit application and drawings 
submitted by St. Croix Renaissance Group, LLLP.  The applicant is proposing to install a sea water 
reverse osmosis system.  Support utilities include 480V 3PH power, brine discharge line to adjacent 
Krause Lagoon Channel, and product water line to Diageo USVI distillery.   
 
Please review the enclosed project scope and drawings and submit your comments by March 3rd,
