Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a use

variance from the B-1 (Business-Central Business District) zoning designation to allow for a 
3 
marina is granted to Plot Nos. 7-a, 7-b, and 8-b Hospital Street, Christiansted Town, St. Croix, 
4 
Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.882 U.S. acres, as collectively described on Survey Drawing 
5 
No. 5190 dated May 27, 2020.  All other requirements of the B-1 zoning district continue to 
6 
apply to the subject property.
