For line item 305.01 — Full Depth Reclaiming. can a roadway milling machine be used in

place of the roadway reclaiming machine?



Based on FP-14 section 305 specifications the only requirement not met by the milling

machine is the width of the cutting drum: 8 ft wide vs the milling width of 5-6 ft. T he

milling machine will meet the same depths and can pulverize the road in place.



A. In response to your question as whether a milling machine can be used in lieu of a reclaiming

machine that answer would be yes. Either machine will do.



All other terms and conditions remain the same.
