An Act approving the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands 
Department of Property and Procurement and Anthony Isaac d/b/a Ace Trucking and Trash

WHEREAS, the Governor of the Virgin Islands, executed a lease between the

Government of the Virgin Islands Department of Property and Procurement and Anthony Isaac, 
2 
d/b/a Ace Trucking and Trash Removal for an improved Parcel No. 124 subbase, St. Thomas, 
3 
Virgin Islands, consisting of 33,050 U.S. sq. ft. or 0.758 U.S. acres of land more or less, which 
4 
is zoned I-2; and  
5 
WHEREAS, the Lessee will use the premises to operate a garbage removal, trucking 
6 
transportation and delivery business, and for other related purposes; and 
7 
WHEREAS, the premises are leased for an initial term of 10 years, with an option to 
8 
renew for two additional terms of 5 years; and 
9 
WHEREAS, title 31, section 205 (c) of the Virgin Islands Code requires all leases of 
10 
government real estate approved by the Governor for a term exceeding one year to be submitted 
11 
to, and approved by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; Now, Therefore,

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 31 Virgin Islands Code. section 205(c), the Legislature 
2 
of the Virgin Islands approves the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin 
3 
Islands, Department of Property and Procurement and Anthony Isaac, d/b/a Ace Trucking and 
4 
Trash Removal” for a term of ten years, with two options for renewal for five years each for 
5 
the operation of a garbage removal, trucking transportation and delivery business, and for other 
6 
related purposes.

This bill approves a lease agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands,

Department of Property and Procurement and Anthony Isaac, d/b/a Ace Trucking and Trash

Removal, for an improved Parcel No. 124 subbase, St. Thomas Virgin Islands, consisting of
