In accordance with the provisions of Title 3, Chapter 7 * 99 of the Virgin Islands Code, I hereby nominate
Mr. Anthony S. Mardenborough, Jr., as a member representing the island of St. Croix to the Virgin Islands Board
of Career and Technical Education. Mr. Mardenborough has experience as an educator and leader. Additionally.
he pursued a certification in Tourism from the St. Croix Career and Technical Education Center before he began
studying for his bachelor’s degree in government with an emphasis in state and local public policy.
Accordingly, it is my pleasure to ask the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin
Islands on the nomination of Mr. Mardenhorough. A copy of Mr. Mardenborough’s resume is enclosed For your
review. I respectfully urge the Legislature to take timely action to advance this nomination to prevent any delays
in the official functions of the Virgin Islands Hoard of Career and Technical Education.
