CCZP0008-25: Virgin Islands Department of Health requesting a rezoning from R-3 
(Residential-Medium Density) to P (Public) for Plot Nos. 11-E, 11-F, and 11-G Estate 
Penitentiary Land, Company Quarter, St. Croix.  The purpose of the request is to bring the 
property into zoning conformity for a Medical Laboratory and Emergency 
Medical/Ambulance Services.
