Owners of estates are to specify in writing the exacet number of acres in su- gar cultivaticen, in cotton cultivation, in other cultivation and in pasture. Also information concerning the buildings on the estate and the appropriation thereof, especially if there are rooms rented to other than laborers permanently employ- ed, and the length and width of said rooms and the rental thereof. If any portion of the land is considered to be useless, and vields no rev:nve to the owner, the number of acres of such portion must be stated in the taxlist and a certificate on oath issued by the pro- prietor and two Burghers residing in the quarter, and furthermere attested by the Quarter Officer, and delivered to the Commission. Owners of empty lots in towrn are requested to fill out the taxlists accurate- iy
