Dear Mr. Perez:
In response to your request and on behalf of our client, Texaco Caribbean Inc.
(TCI), Erler & Kaiinowski, Inc. requests a permit to operate a catalytic oxidizer at
the Texaco Service Station in the Tutu area of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
as part of TCI's groundwater and soils remediation program. Attached are the
air stripper and catalytic oxidizer specifications and shop drawings as well as
additional information that you requested during our 27 July 1995 meeting at the
project site.
It is our understanding that you wish to be present during the catalytic oxidizer
start-up. We will keep you informed of our schedule as it relates to start-up and
testing.
