Dear sir:
Please find enclosed the Revised Action Plan for the Texaco
Caribbean Inc. Service Station at Tutu in accordance with your
First Attended Order of August 5, 1987 and subsequent conferences
in which it was agreed that revisions to the original plan would
be submitted by October 19, 1987. The Work Plan has been
revised to incorporate a soil gas survey and other changes
suggested by your office and EPA personnel. Copies of the Plans
are being delivered to Mr. Charles Dolan of the United States
Environmental Protection Agency, Region II.

the soil gas survey in accordance with the tine table shown in
the attached plan. If you have any questions, or if we any
otherwise be of assistance, please advise.
