Action Taken by UVI Board of Trustees



Ratification of the Sabbatical Plan of Dr. LaVerne E. Ragster



It was reported that prior to the August 26, 2009 meeting of the Executive Committee, members of the

Executive Committee received a copy of the Sabbatical Plan for Dr. LaVerne E. Ragster. Members

discussed and reviewed the Plan and voted on the approval of the Sabbatical Plan. This action was

forwarded to the full Board for ratification.



The Board of Trustees, at its meeting of October 31, 2009, unanimously ratified the decision of the

Executive Committee and approved the Sabbatical Plan of Dr. La Verne E. Ragster.
