Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 
2 
Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing 
3 
the zoning designation of Plots No. 19 and 20 Prince Street, of the Town of Frederiksted, St. 
4 
Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 9,625 square feet, more or less, as more fully 
5 
shown on Measure Brief attached with the Lieutenant Governor’s Office, dated December 15, 
6 
2005, and Plots No. 50, 51, and 52 Hospital Street, Frederiksted Town, St. Croix, Virgin 
7 
Islands, consisting of 0.41674 U.S. acre, more or less, as shown on OLG Drawing No. 3043, 
8 
dated May 17, 1972, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium 
9 
Density).

This bill provides for the rezoning of Plots No. 19 and 20 Prince Street, of the Town of

Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands and Plots No. 50, 51, and 52 Hospital Street,

Frederiksted Town, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, to be rezoned from R-4 (Residential-Medium

Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density).
