THE QUASI-ENDOWMENT FUNDS-TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM

The president asked the Board to consider a proposal to



institute the feasibility study and engineering survey con-



cerning the installation of a telecommunication system between



the two campuses, and that $50,000.00 be allotted from the



available Quasi-Endowment Funds to fund the project.



The Board



approved this proposal.
