HE is required to appear on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 10AM, in the Frits E. Lawaetz 
Legislative Conference Room, St. Croix.
HE shall provide:
A complete project timeline from inception to present
All progress reports, status updates, and internal project communications
A detailed explanation of all delays and revised completion dates
Documentation of all change orders, cost increases, fines and Liquidated Damages
Records of contractor oversight, staffing levels, and site activity
The current percentage of project completion
HE is further required to produce all requested documents no later than 48 hours 
prior to the scheduled hearing.
