Transmitted herewith in accordance with the provisions of Title 12, §911, Subsection (e) of the Virgin

Islands Code is three original copies of Major Coastal Zone Management Permit No. CZT-09-22(W)

along with one (1) copy of the exhibits:



Exhibit A: CZM Permit Application Form dated September 1, 2022.

Exhibit B: Site Plan dated June 10, 2008

Exhibit C: Copy of Environmental Assessment Report dated July 22, 2022.



This permit allows the Permittee for the continued use and occupancy of the existing structures on

submerged lands which consists of two (2) fixed piers (38 x 8’ and 35’ x 8”); two (2) docks (118 x 8’)

and two (2) tee docks (72’ x 8’). No alteration to the existing dock is proposed. The total area of

submerged lands covered under this permit is 32,375 square feet (0.7432 acre).
