US Virgin Islands— Governor Albert Bryan Jr., issued the following statement congratulating Superior Court Judge Robert A. Molloy on his nomination to the U.S. District Court for the District of the Virgin Islands:

Just a little over five years ago, I had the distinct honor and pleasure to serve as Master of Ceremonies for the investiture of Judge Robert Molloy. I was honored to do so because I knew that Judge Molloy’s wisdom, temperament, and work ethic would be an asset to the bench and the litigants who appeared before him. Today, I am even more pleased to congratulate Judge Molloy on his appointment to the federal bench, where I am sure he will bring the same acumen and commitment to the rule of law as he did during his tenure with the Superior Court.”
