Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of $8,000,000 is appropriated from

the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through 
3 
September 30, 2024, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government 
4 
of the Virgin Islands.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill provides for a $8,000,00 appropriation from the Virgin Islands Insurance

Guaranty Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, as a contribution to the General 
8 
Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands.
