Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the 
3 
zoning designation of Parcel No. 6-A Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, 
4 
consisting of 2.44 acres, as shown on survey drawing D9-7873-T006 dated September 10, 2006

from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to P (Public).
