Question: Is the Department interested in constructing mini-masonry perimeter wall for

the warehouse area to prevent the potential damages that can arise from the potential use

of the fork-Lift?



Answer: No. At this time the scope of work shall remains as is.



Question: What is the size of the Urinal?



Answer: The Urinal is an ADA Compliant unit at 18",



Question: What type of faucets shall be installed in the restroom?



Answer: The regular chrome faucet shall be installed. they do not have to be self-closing

faucet with the sensors.



Question: What type of light fixtures are required for the outside ?

Answer: Wall mounted LED light fixtures are required for the exterior.



Question: Are the contractors to utilize the existing electrical conduits that is present in

the building?



Answer: The contractors are to install a separate electrical feed with meter base for this

build-out project.
