Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. BOUNDARIES AMENDED. 3 Section 103(b) of the Salt River Bay National His- 4 torical Park and Ecological Preserve at St. Croix, Virgin 5 Islands, Act of 1992 (16 U.S.C. 410tt–1(b)) is amended— 6 (1) by striking ‘‘The park shall consist’’ and in- 7 serting the following: 8 ‘‘(a) INITIAL BOUNDARIES.—The park shall consist’’; 9 2 •HR 5097 IH (2) by striking ‘‘The map shall be’’ and insert- 1 ing the following: 2 ‘‘(c) MAP ON FILE.—The map shall be’’; and 3 (3) by inserting before subsection (c) (as added 4 by paragraph (2) of this section) the following: 5 ‘‘(b) ADDITIONAL LANDS.—In addition to the lands 6 described in subsection (a), the park shall consist of the 7 approximately 28.45 acres depicted on the National Park 8 Service drawing numbered 141–80002 and further de- 9 scribed as follows: 10 ‘‘(1) Estate Salt River (Sugar Bay Subdivision) 11 plots 21–37, except plots 29 and 30 and associated 12 road plots (13.25 acres). 13 ‘‘(2) Estate Morning Star plot 14B (15.2 14 acres).’’. 15 Æ
