     St. Croix: Plaza Extra West,  10 a.m. – 3 p.m.  
       St. Thomas/St. John: Fort Christian Parking Lot, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

bringing the clinic to the community. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. the
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
   
 
 
St. Croix Health Department will be providing services at Plaza
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
  
 
Extra West Supermarket, Frederiksted, and the St. Thomas/St.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
John Health Department will be at the Fort Christian parking lot.
 
 
 
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
The mobile medical van will used for clinical care.

Mental health and wellness sessions for the public

Children’s activities regarding coping with recovery 
●
FREE tetanus and flu shots 
●
Infant and toddler kit distribution 
●
Blood pressure screenings 
●
Blood glucose screenings 
●
Breast screening and breast cancer awareness education 
●
HIV/STD Testing and distribution of condoms  
●
Zika education 
●
Insect repellent distribution 
●
Post-hurricane health and safety information
