Patrol Officers Arrest Man Operating a Stolen Vehicle  
St. Thomas, USVI - On April 30, 2023, at about 1:30 p.m., a silver 2016 Honda Pilot was 
discovered by Virgin Islands Patrol Officers around Happy View Supermarket. The driver of 
the vehicle was identified as 51-year-old Mr. Alvin Thomas. Investigation revealed that Mr. 
Thomas was found in possession of the stolen vehicle, and he was not given permission to 
operate the vehicle. He was subsequently placed under arrest for Unauthorized Use of a 
Vehicle and Vehicle Tampering. Bail was set at $25,000.00. 
This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Anyone with
