up yesterday through
Eman-
uel
Faulkner
who
confessed
to
have
committed
the
crime.
Faulkner
is
said
to have
asked
to speak
alone with
the
Judge
to
whom
he
admitted
all.
The facts
as
sc far
gathered
are
to the
effect
that
Anduze
had
an
altercation
with Faulkner,
and probably others,
