Pursuant to Section VII, paragraph B of the Administrative Order on Consent Index no.
ll-RCRA-Proceeding 7003 & 9003-92-0401, EPA has completed the Community
Relations Plan for the Tutu Wells Site. Enclosed is a copy for your information.
We are planning a RI/FS scoping/informational meeting in the Anna's Retreat area in
the week of May 18, 1992. As part of this meeting, EPA would like to issue a Fact
Sheet regarding the field activities involved during the Rl phase. We would like to
request that your consultant prepare a brief summary of the field activities involved. I
have enclosed an example of Fact Sheet for this type of meeting. Please have the
Fact Sheet prepare for EPA review and print by May 6, 1992.
