Public Law 94-26 94th Congress An Act To amend the Organic Act of Guam and the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands. Be it enacted hy the Senate amd House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, GUAM SECTION 1. The Organic Act of Guam (48 U.S.C. 1421 and follow- ing) is amended by inserting after section 34 the following new section: "SEC. 35. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the clerk hire allowance and the transportation expenses subject to reimburse- ment under Federal law of the Delegate from Guam to the United States House of Representatives shall each be the same as allowed for Members of the United States House of Representatives.". VIRGIN ISLANDS SEC. 2. The Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands (48 U.S.C. 1541 and following) is amended by inserting after section 14 the following new section: 48 use 1596. "SEC. 15. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the clerk hire allowance and the transportation expenses subject to reimburse- ment under Federal law of the Delegate from the Virgin Islands to the United States House of Representatives shall each be the same as allowed for Members of the United States House of Representatives.".
