Royale System LLC. is hereby soliciting bids for RFP001-RS2025 
for Architectural Design Services for the following:
The selected contractor will be required to provide the following 
Information in response to this RFP.
•	
A Fuel Tank Pad with a Dyked spill containment enclosure 
for a 5,000 gallon fuel tank.
•	
A retaining wall to support the fuel tank installation.
•	
A Generator Pad for (2) 150KW generators.
•	
Site Plan and layout Drawings
•	
Architectural and Structural Drawings
•	
Permit and Regulatory Compliance Documentation
•	
Coordination Reports with Engineering Disciplines
Interested parties and prospective respondents may request the 
complete RFP Package for their review from Royale Systems 
LLC (Procurement Office) by emailing royalesystems@outlook.com 
with request confirmation email with contact information for the 
respective company. All questions pertaining to the scope of 
services to be rendered or a request to visit the site should also 
be directed to royalesystems@outlook.com. Invitation for bid will 
be submitted electronically in a PDF format bearing the respective 
RFP001-RS2025 to royalesystems@outlook.com In addition, one 
hard copy should be mailed to:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Royale Systems reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, reject any 
or all proposals, and negotiate terms with the successful proposer.
•	
All preparation costs are the sole responsibility of the proposer.
•	
The final contract will be Royale Systems’ standard professional 
services agreement incorporating this RFP, the selected proposal, and 
required federal clauses.
•	
Any contract resulting from this RFP is contingent on continued
availability of HUD funds.
