Bryan/Roach Administration Releasing $11 Million in Income Tax Refunds

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – Governor Albert Bryan Jr. has authorized the
Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue (IRB) to pay out an additional $11
million in Income Tax refunds to tax filers in the territory this week.

The
latest disbursement comprises approximately 4,345 refunds and includes some,
but not all, returns filed in tax year 2017.

The
Bryan/Roach Administration continues its commitment to addressing the
long-standing obligations of the Virgin Islands Government and to making good
on its promise to restore the trust of the people in their government.
