Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 33, Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 111, section

3002, the sum of $1,220,000 is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the

Government of the Virgin Islands to the District Public Road Fund in the fiscal year October 
4 
1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.
