Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are

appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands 
3 
for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees of the Virgin Islands 
4 
Department of Finance, Office of the Custodian, the Division of Occupational Safety and 
5 
Health and the Division of Worker's Compensation, during the fiscal year October 1, 2023, 
6 
through September 30, 2024.
