> 890 BANK ACCOUNT RESOLUTION (Board of Trustees Meeting, October 27, 1974) WHEREAS, it is often necessary, in the regular course of business, to open new bank accounts; and WHEREAS, each bank requires a Resolution of the Board of Trustees authorizing a new bank accounts; and WHEREAS, it is impractical to call a special meeting of the Board of Trustees each time a new bank account is required 3 NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved that the Board of Trustees does hereby authorize the President of the College to open such bank accounts in such banks and for such amounts as the regular business and accounting of the College may require. Be It Purther Resolved that the signatures of Officers as presently authorized and the requirement of two signatures as presently required shall continue in full force and effect.
