In accordance with the provisions oflitle 17, Chapter 34 § 485 ofthe Virgin Islands Code, I hereby
nominate Mr. Erwin T. Raphael to serve as a member of the University of the Virgin Islands Research and
Technology Park Board. Mr. Raphael is a dynamic and results-driven executive with nearly 30 years of
experience leading high-impact initiatives in automotive manufacturing. quality, sales, service, logistics and
corporate governance. Additionally, he has led organizations tip to 45.000 people.
Accordingly. it is my pleasure to ask for the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of
the Virgin Islands on the nomination of Mr. Erwin T. Raphael. A copy of his resume is enclosed for your
