RE: FIRST ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE UNAUTHORIZED

(SURPLUS LINES) INSURERS IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS



On July 11, 2022, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Division of Banking, Insurance, and

Financial Regulation issued Bulletin 2022-04 which provided a current listing of eligible

surplus lines insurers pursuant to Section 659, Title 22 of the Virgin Islands Code.



The purpose of this Bulletin is to amend Bulletin 2022-04 to include the following company:



The Marine Insurance Company, Ltd.



All other information in Bulletin 2022-04 remains in effect until further notice.
