The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has completed the review of the Revised
Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP), Tutu Service Station Investigation dated March
1992.
All comments have been addressed and the QAPP is approved. 
Based on our meeting
on May 5, 1992, there were additional sampling to be conducted in the Tutu area. Please
provide an addendum to the QAPP or the Tech Memo #1 for the collection and analysis
of surface soil and sludge in the Tutu Wells Site.
