private practice
in
addition
to
their
regular assigned
duties,
provided
the fol-
lowing requirements
are
strictly
com-
plied with.
1.
Such
private
practice
must
in
no
way
interfere
with
an
officer’s
para-
mount
duty,
which
in
the
case
of a
mu-
nicipal physician consists
in giving medi-
cal and surgical
attendance
to the
indi-
gent
sick
in
municipal
hospitals
and
through
such
out-of-hospital
seivices
as
are
established.
2.
All local
laws relating
to licensing
and
registering
of
physiciansgmust
be
observed
before engaging
in private prac-
tice.
3.
Property
belonging
to the Federa
or
Colornial
Governments
shall
not
b
|
used
in
[rivate
practice.
However,
should
oceasion
arise
a
privata patient

to
a manicipal
hospital,

the consent
of
the Chief
Mupicipal

the
