Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238a, a zoning use

variance is granted from the B-2 (Business-Secondary/ Neighborhood) zoning designation to 
3 
Plot No. 50-1 and Plot No. 50-4 Estate Golden Grove, Company Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin 
4 
Islands, consisting of a total of 1.988 U.S. acres as described on Drawing Nos. 6574-C017 and 
5 
6686-C020, to allow for the manufacture of concrete products.  All other requirements of the 
6 
B-2 (Business-Secondary/ Neighborhood) continue to apply to the subject property.

The bill grants a zoning use variance from the B-2 zoning designation for Plots 50-1 and

50-4 Estate Golden Grove, St. Croix to all for the manufacture of cement blocks.
