Emergency Management Agency on the construction of the Hermon Hill Wind Retrofit and Safe 
Room project, including key milestones, project timeline and implementation challenges.

the Emergency Support Function (ESF) framework of the Territorial Emergency Operations Plan; the 
operational readiness of the Emergency Operations Center; and interagency coordination efforts to support 
disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation activities throughout the Territory.
