In accordance with the provisions of Title 3, Chapter 22 § 403 of the Virgin Islands Code, I hereby
nominate Mrs. Chantelle D. Quiñones, who is the Special Projects Coordinator-Communications Specialist for
the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, to serve as a member of the Virgin Islands Historic
Preservation Commission representing the District of St. Croix.
Accordingly, it is my pleasure to ask for the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the
Virgin Islands on the nomination of Mrs. Quiñones. Her resume and questionnaire are enclosed foryour review.
