Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sums are appropriated from the Anti-Litter and

Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands, created by Act

No. 7356, to the following departments for operating expenses for the fiscal year October 1, 
4 
2025 through September 30, 2026.
