RE: THIRD ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE UNAUTHORIZED

(SURPLUS LINES) INSURERS IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS



On July 7", July 25" and August 31% 2023, the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Division

of Banking, Insurance, and Financial Regulation issued Bulletin 2023-01, 2023-03, and 2023-



04, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to Section 659,

Title 22 of the Virgin Islands Code.



The purpose of this Bulletin is to amend Bulletins 2023-01, 2023-03, and 2023-04 to include

the following company:



Ascot Specialty Insurance Company



All other information in Bulletins 2023-01, 2023-03, and 2023-04 remains in effect until

further notice.
